Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked quinoa

  • 1/2 head lettuce

  • 1 cup water

  • Rock sea salt

  • 6–7 radishes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1/2 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 carrot

  • Black olives

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Black pepper


Instructions:

  1. Cook quinoa until soft for about 5–8 minutes and place into a large bowl.

  2. Add sliced lettuce, chopped cucumber, radishes, bell peppers, carrot, and red onion.

  3. Add black olives and minced garlic cloves.

  4. Season with black pepper and rock sea salt, pour in water, and stir everything together until well combined.

  5. Serve fresh and enjoy!
