This garlic mushroom stir fry sauté is rich, buttery, packed with nutrients, and perfect for a fast lunch, dinner, or easy side dish.


Ready in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients:

  • 400–500g mushrooms

  • Sea salt (to taste)

  • Butter

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • Fresh dill leaves

  • Fresh parsley leaves





How to Make Garlic Mushroom Sauté:

  1. Add mushrooms to a hot pan and cook until softened and the water has fully evaporated

  2. Fry for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden

  3. Add sea salt and a piece of butter, then stir until melted

  4. Sprinkle in chilli powder

  5. Finish with fresh dill and parsley for extra flavor.
