Ingredients:
400–500g mushrooms
Sea salt (to taste)
Butter
1 tsp chilli powder
Fresh dill leaves
Fresh parsley leaves
How to Make Garlic Mushroom Sauté:
Add mushrooms to a hot pan and cook until softened and the water has fully evaporated
Fry for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden
Add sea salt and a piece of butter, then stir until melted
Sprinkle in chilli powder
Finish with fresh dill and parsley for extra flavor.
