Ingredients:

  • 3 carrots

  • 2 beetroots

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • Sea salt

  • Black pepper

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Peel and shred the carrots and beetroot into a large bowl.

  2. Add sesame seeds, sea salt, black pepper, fresh lemon juice, and a dash of olive oil.
